I represent Mrs. Ross. I was among the women enumerated in the Return of Women & Children, 31st Regiment of Foot, Capt. Varlo‘s Company, September 1768. There are women already in the records that might be me (Susannah Ross, or the unnamed widow of James Ross), though I might be someone else entirely. One child was enumerated with me, though it was not named.
