I represent Richard Murrald. I served in His Majesty’s 31st Regiment of Foot, Capt. George Maxwell‘s company. We arrived in Pensacola in 1765 and immediately began losing men to diseases like yellow fever and dysentery. It had not let up by July 29, 1766, when I died. I probably still lie in an unmarked grave in Pensacola.
