I represent Patrick Innis, a resident of the British colony of West. Florida. I was appointed to the Upper House of the provincial General Assembly during its 4th gathering, from the spring of 1769 to the spring of 1770. In June 1770, I petitioned for a grant of 1000 acres of land about 30 miles above Mobile, near the Tensaw settlement on Brier Creek.
