I represent Ann Katherine Bush. I was the daughter of Daniel and Dinah Bush, and the sister of John Lewis Bush. Our family had a lot in Pensacola during the British colonial period – on the east side of town, on Bute Street east of Gloucester (now Government Street east of Cevallos – 9th Avenue was swampland back then). In 1766 my father was granted 400 acres on modern day Garcon Point and we had a homestead there. John Lewis and I were both baptized on August 16, 1768.
