I represent William Hickstall, the son of Thomas and Susan Hickstall. My family lived in Pensacola during the British colonial period. I was baptized – probably as an infant – on August 19, 1769. In 1766 we were granted Lot 36 in Pensacola, on Albermarle Street at the corner of Gloucester (Zaragoza right where it curves into Cevallos, today).
