I represent the child of Mrs. Kennedy enumerated with her (but not named) in the Return of Women & Children of the 31st Regiment, Capt. Vignoles‘ Company, in Sept 1768. The 31st was an infantry regiment garrison in Pensacola beginning in 1765. My father’s name was not given in the return, but according to muster rolls of the 31st Regiment, it was Pvt. William Kennedy.
