I represent the child of Mrs. Kennedy enumerated with her in the Return of Women & Children of the 31st Regiment, Capt. Vignoles’ Company, in Sept 1768. The 31st was an infantry regiment garrison in Pensacola beginning in 1765. My father’s name was not given in the return, but he would have served in this regiment.
