I represent the child of Mrs. Huscker, enumerated with her in the Return of Women & Children, 31st Regiment of Foot, Lt. Col. Walsh‘s Company, Sept 1768. This means my father- who is not named in the Return – served in His Majesty’s 31st Regiment of Foot. The 31st was an infantry regiment that joined the garrison at Pensacola in 1765 and stayed – with a brief transfer to St. Augustine in 1769 – until 1772.
