I represent Sarah Wallen, the daughter of Jacob and Magdalen Wallen. My father served in His Majesty’s 16th Regiment of Foot. The 16th joined the garrison of Pensacola in spring 1770. I was baptized – likely as an infant – on August 16, 1770.
