I represent Samuel Craddock. In my discharge after service in the War of 1812 in the 9th Royal Regiment of Veterans on July 15, 1814, I stated that I was 41 years old and had been born at Pensacola, West Florida. I was a private, stood 5’5″, with brown hair, grey eyes and was a laborer by trade. There was no information on my life in Pensacola, only that I was born there.
