Pvt. John Christian

I represent John Christian. I was a private in Captain Colden‘s company, Provincial Corps of Pennsylvania Loyalists. Raised in Philadelphia in 1777, the corps arrived in Pensacola at the very end of 1778 and remained until the surrender of the town to the Spanish on May 10, 1781. I died on March 14, 1779, probably of illness. I probably still lie in an unmarked grave in Pensacola.
