I represent Phillip Gains. I was a resident of Pensacola during the British colonial period. I was married to Ann; we had a son named Phillip. Little Phillip was baptized – most likely as an infant – on June 25, 1769. His baptism was recorded by Rev. Nathanial Cotton, minister of West Florida at the time.
