Mingo Houma

Man silhouetteRepresent this individual

I represent Mingo Houma, the “Red King.” My name was Tascapatapo, but I was known by Mingo Houma. I was the principal chief of the Chickasaws, the actual ruler while Paya Mattaha was the one who represented the Chickasaws in negotiations with other tribes and nations. I attended the 1772 Mobile congress.
