I represent Jane Fitchatt. I died on November 16, 1768. My burial record says I was associated with His Majesty’s 21st Regiment of Foot – which was garrisoned in Pensacola from 1765 to 1770 – but it does not name a husband, father, or consort through whom that association came. I probably still lie in an unmarked grave in Pensacola.
