I represent Florel Henrique. I was a Captain of Artillery serving in the French forces allied with General Bernardo de Gálvez at the siege of Pensacola. After the surrender of Pensacola, General Gálvez submitted a letter specially commending 31 officers and cadets, and I was among them.
