I represent Andrés Tacon. I was captain of the Spanish frigate Santa Rosalía, who served at Pensacola in 1780 and 1781. It was also the ship that took many of the survivors of the 3rd Waldeck Regiment, and their families, to New York as prisoners of war after the surrender of Pensacola.
