I represent William Moore. I was a soldier in His Majesty’s 16th Regiment of Foot. We joined the garrison at Pensacola in the spring of 1770. I died of consumption [tuberculosis] on August 1, 1770. I probably still lie in an unmarked grave in Pensacola.
