Thomas Gadd

I represent Thomas Gadd. I was a soldier of His Majesty’s 31st Regiment of Foot, Capt. Francis Vignoles‘ company. The 31st was an infantry regiment stationed at the garrison of Pensacola. We arrived in 1765 and immediately suffered immense losses due to diseases like yellow fever and dysentery. My cause of death is not noted in the records, but I died on August 30, 1767. I probably still lie in an unmarked grave in Pensacola.
