I represent Christopher Connelly. I served in His Majesty’s 16th Regiment of Foot, which arrived in Pensacola in the spring of 1770. My wife was named Mary, and we had a daughter named Mary. Little Mary died on July 4, 1770 at 18 months old. She probably still lies in an unmarked grave in Pensacola.
