Richard Combauld

I represent Richard Combauld. I was in Pensacola at least by 1779, and perhaps earlier as I was attached to the Royal Artillery as Paymaster and Commissary. I also deputy clerk to the Governor (probably Chester, as I signed a petition expressing my satisfaction with his leadership in February 1781), and member of the West Florida council. After the fall of Pensacola, I went to the Bahamas, where I was a member of Christ Church.
