I represent José Calvo de Irazábal. I was a captain in the Spanish navy and Commander of the naval escort to Bernardo de Gálvez’ ground troops at the battle of Pensacola in spring 1781. I commanded the warship San Ramón, which also participated in the 1780 expedition to Pensacola Bay. I was born in Zaragoza and was a distinguished writer (Asociación Española de Militares Escritores).
