Mingo

Man silhouetteRepresent this individual

I represent Alibamon Mingo. I was a member of the Alibamu tribe, part of the Creek Confederacy. I attended the Mobile Congress of March-April 1765. Governor George Johnstone saw me as “one of three ‘very Superior Characters, in their way’ who had conspired to unite all Indian tribes in common enmity to the British.”
