I represent Franchimastabé. I was a Choctaw war leader in British West Florida. I aided in the defense of Mobile by taking a force of Choctaw which conducted guerilla-style harrying of Spanish troops. I headed the single largest contingent of Choctaw forces at the siege of Pensacola, and my warriors kept at the Spanish at night, wearing them down physicially and psychologically. I expressed frustration with the British at the time for not providing enough men and ammunition to support the Choctaw initiatives against the Spanish. My attacks were ferocious and effective, and when I and my warriors decided it was time to head back to our homes at the end of March, the British were sorely disadvantaged.
