I represent Mary Bass, the daughter of James and Mary Bass. I was baptized with my brothers Daniel and Matthew on August 28, 1768. We were all residents of Pensacola during the early years of the British colonial period. My family had a lot on Bute Street at Gloucester (now Government Street at Cevallos).
