I represent Rev. Thomas Wilkinson. I was a minister – one source says I was a military chaplain – who served the religious needs of Pensacola and Mobile. I was in Pensacola as early as October 1766, but I died in January 1768. Pensacola struggled constantly for a minister; the residents of the town often had to do without or make do with the services of regimental chaplains.
