I represent Jane Sutton, the daughter of James and Elizabeth Sutton of British Pensacola. I was baptized 9 OCT 1768; as this is the same day my brother Edmund William was baptized, it’s unclear if I was an infant or a little older. Edmund William died on March 8, 1769. I had another brother, John, baptized as a baby on November 4, 1769; he died the next day. My brother, James, was born November 26, 1770. My father was a cooper and we may have lived in a house on Lot 70 in Pensacola, on Pitt Street near Lindsey – Government Street near Reus, today.
