I represent Catherine Stedfast. My husband, Henry, served in His Majesty’s 16th Regiment of Foot. The 16th joined the garrison at Pensacola in the spring of 1770. Henry and I had two children: James and Diana. James died on July 19, 1770; Diana was baptized June 21, 1771 and died on June 22. They both probably still lie in unmarked graves in Pensacola
